b.      Direct deposit to our Bank Accounts

2.        What are the documents I have to accomplish and sign to close the purchase transaction?

a.      Callslip

b.      Contract Details Form

c.      Reservation Agreement Form

d.      Approved Payment Scheme

e.      Checklist for the closing of sale

Preparation of the Contract to Sell or Deed of Absolute will be done upon compliance of the items (b), (c), and (d).

3.        What are the documents I have to submit in order to prepare the necessary Contract To Sell or Deed of Absolute Sale?

A.      Filipino Buyer

Ř     Duly Accomplished Contract Details Form (CDF)

Ř     Signed Reservation Agreement Form (RAF)

Ř     Photocopy of TIN Verification Slip from BIR

Ř     Photocopy of any valid government issued ID (SSS, GSIS, Driver’s License, PRC, passport, etc.) with specimen signature

Ř     If married, photocopy of the spouse’s government issued ID with specimen signature

Ř     If represented by an Attorney-in-Fact:

-     Original Copy of the Notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA)

-     Photocopy of any valid government ID of the SPA with specimen signature

B.      FILIPINO BALIKBAYAN BUYER (Filipino who changed citizenship)

Ř     Duly Accomplished Contract Details Form (CDF)

Ř     Signed Reservation Agreement Form (RAF)

Ř     Photocopy of TIN Verification Slip from BIR

Ř     Photocopy of any valid government issued ID (SSS, GSIS, Driver’s License, PRC, passport, etc.) with specimen signature

Ř     If married, photocopy of the spouse’s government issued ID with specimen signature

Ř     Notarized Sworn Statement (stating Filipino family roots and intention to reside in the Philippines (BP 185))

Ř     If represented by an Attorney-in-Fact:

-     Original Copy of the Notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA)

-     Photocopy of any valid government ID of the SPA with specimen signature

C.      FILIPINO MARRIED TO A FOREIGNER

Ř     Duly Accomplished Contract Details Form (CDF)

Ř     Signed Reservation Agreement Form (RAF)

Ř     Photocopy of TIN Verification Slip from BIR

Ř     Photocopy of any valid government issued ID (SSS, GSIS, Driver’s License, PRC, passport, etc.) with specimen signature

Ř     Photocopy of the Foreign spouse’s government issued ID (passport or driver’s license) with specimen signature

Ř     Notarized Waiver to be executed by the foreign spouse (stating that the money used for the purchase of the property comes from the Filipino buyer and not from the Foreign spouse)

Ř     If represented by an Attorney-in-Fact:

-     Original Copy of the Notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA)

-     Photocopy of any valid government ID of the SPA with specimen signature
